At Perfume-Drops, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the unused perfume bottle in its original box and protective wrapping to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
